Privacy Policy

Build Packet stores only the information needed to generate, unlock, and improve your packet: idea text, email address, generated packet metadata, feedback you submit, and newsletter consent status.

What We Store

• Your idea text and basic packet details.
• Your email address when you unlock a full packet.
• Newsletter status: none, pending, or confirmed.
• Optional feedback survey answers.

Why We Store It

We use this information to unlock your packet, improve the product, prevent abuse, and send The Build Packet Brief only after confirmation. Unlocking the packet does not require newsletter confirmation.

Retention and Deletion

We keep packet and lead records while Build Packet is being operated unless you request deletion. To request deletion, email the owner from the account or email address you used to unlock the packet and include the packet idea or kit ID if available.

Third Parties

Build Packet may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase/Postgres for storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments when those services are configured.
